Kristine “Kris” Griffith is a Senior Attorney at Tierney Law Group, P.C., bringing more than fifteen years of legal experience devoted primarily to family law. Throughout her career, she has represented individuals navigating the legal, financial, and personal complexities associated with divorce, child custody, support, and related family law proceedings.

Kris is known for her thorough preparation, disciplined attention to detail, and confident courtroom presence. She approaches each case with strategic focus and practical judgment, recognizing that effective family law representation requires both strong advocacy and an understanding of the personal circumstances underlying every dispute.

Whether working toward a negotiated resolution or preparing for contested proceedings, Kris focuses on protecting her clients’ interests while helping them understand their options and make informed decisions. She believes that clear communication, careful preparation, and realistic expectations are essential to effective representation.

Kris earned her Juris Doctor from Humphreys College, Laurence Drivon School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Stanislaus, with a minor in Sociology and an emphasis in Forensic Sciences.

Since joining Tierney Law Group in 2026, Kris has brought her extensive family law background to the firm’s representation of individuals and families throughout the East Bay. Her objective is to provide strong, thoughtful advocacy while helping clients move toward practical and lasting resolutions.
