Hamaseh Sorooshian is Of Counsel to Tierney Law Group, P.C., focusing on business litigation, real estate disputes, contract matters, and complex commercial legal issues. She brings experience from one of the nation’s largest law firms, where she represented major corporate clients in sophisticated federal litigation.

Before joining Tierney Law Group, Hamaseh practiced as a litigation associate at an Am Law 100 firm ranked among the nation’s fifteen largest law firms. In that role, she worked on complex business disputes in federal court, representing some of the world’s leading companies. Her background provides valuable experience in analyzing sophisticated legal issues, developing litigation strategies, and navigating the demands of high-stakes commercial disputes.

At Tierney Law Group, Hamaseh applies that experience to representing businesses, property owners, and individuals in matters involving contractual obligations, commercial relationships, real estate transactions, and litigation.

Hamaseh understands that legal disputes often carry significant financial and business consequences. Hamaseh earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. She is admitted to practice in California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is also a member of the Iranian American Bar Association.
